Happy Haunting: Beware of the Witch & Her Two Little Monsters – Scraps of Darkness Oct kit
Here is the canvas mixed-media piece that I created to hang on my front door:
This was created with the amazing Moxxie paper included in this months ALL HALLOWS EVE kit from www.scrapsofdarkness.com – I had to use 2 of the Moxxie papers Some Like It Haunt papers to stretch across my 11 x 14 canvas, and cut out individual tombstones from the Tomb It May Concern paper (how fun are these paper titles?! ) I mod podged the paper down…left some of the tombstones unglued to provide a little more dimension…outlined some of the lines in the bg trees and haunted house…used some stamps on the bg for dimension….title letters from the Girls Paperie and fences cut out with my Happy Haunting Cricut cartridge. I lined the sides with Maya Road rose trim, the top with some black lace and orange/black striped ribbon to hang the project from my stash…. the “Happy Haunting” lettering as well as the 2 corner flowers are from Pink Paislee’s Phantom banner kit that came in the Romance add-on for this month’s kit.
