Out on the Town – Twisted Sketch #112 and Scraps of Darkness July’s Marrakesh Express kit
Every once in awhile you create a layout….that is special….that just captures a wonderful memory perfectly….you scrap a photo that sums up a certain moment or phase of your life…well, this is one of those layouts….. This is my last Twisted Sketch (for now) – after a lot of soul-searching, I decided to NOT throw my hat back into the ring for another round at Twisted Sketches. I would be lying if I didn’t say that this was bitter-sweet….for Anam gave me my very 1st Design Team position…and I will never forget receiving that e-mail telling me that I had been accepted….I danced down the hallway with my sweet baby Elizabeth in my arms….I couldn’t keep a smile off of my face for weeks! and it has been the MOST WONDERFUL experience! I cannot thank Anam enough!!!! So here it is…my interpretation of Twisted Sketch #112…with the twist of FUN, using the magnificent July kit from www.scrapsofdarkness.com !
This is a photo of me (the far right) and my bestest of bestest homies….the night before I was to be wed….after the rehearsal dinner at the Bricktown Brewery….out on the town for one last jaunt as a single girl. The photo is such a terrible quality…but I absolutely LOVE it….it is such a Sex in the City photo!!!!
