Twisted Sketch #109
Here is my interpretation of Twisted Sketch #109 – I have been having some MAJOR blog issues lately…so I’ll try this again….as I am not one that is easily defeated
The “twist” for this sketch was FLOWERS….imagine that, huh?!
I used my amazing June 2011 kit from www.scrapsofdarkness.com for this one believe it or not, as well as some of the TONS of flowers I have in my stash! and look at the sewing “hook and eye” closures I used as accents! love them! This is a photo of my mom and dad in my dad’s home town of Morton, Washington… when they were engaged to be married….before the 3 little girls they were later destined to have. I am the middle girl of those three girls
I used some of the AMAZING Dusty Attic chipboard on this…I LOVE that stuff….and right now I am absolutely enthralled with the look of it in it’s bare form….love the look!!!
Here are some up-close photos of the details:
Above, I used my red Staz-on ink to change the cheetah print paper to this amazing red….added buttons….& then painted them red using some Plaid red acrylic paint.
Above, the awesome “clippie-thing” was from May’s kit from www.scrapsofdarkness.com !
The chipboard bird above is from my stash…I am thinking it is from K and Company.
I hope that this finds it’s way into your inbox…then, maybe my blog issues will be almost resolved….strange how dependent we have become on the internet and technology…makes me crazy when something doesn’t work! If this post works…then I have a TON of stuff to share with everyone…so let’s just see shall we?! Have a great weekend!

This is so gorgeous! I can’t believe all those flowers…and so many beautiful details!
Oh my I’m in complete AWW! I always love your pages this one has SO much power. It screams!!! I love it
