What’s Life Without the Curves – Twisted Sketch #101 (Curves)

The latest sketch is live over at www.twistedsketches.com ! The “twist” for this sketch was CURVES, any how or any way that inspires you to create.  Check out the sketch HERE! be sure and come over and join in the fun….and leave a direct link to your layout under the comment section for Sketch #101 so I can admire your amazing creation!  Here is my interpretation:

Love this fun photo of my maternal grand-parents…having a blast in their vintage style swimming “costumes.”  The quote rub-on applied to the photo (brand unknown) says..”Life, it’s all about the fun.” and isn’t that the truth 🙂

Known products used here include:  A lot of the paper used for this is exclusive Scarlet Lime paper, also used is some Girl’s Paperie “Toil &n Trouble” – all of the paper was from one of my Scarlet Lime kits…exactly which kit, I really have no idea.  other products used on this include: CTMH “Magnifique” paper – the blue paper used for the leaves…which were created using one of The Crafter’s Workshop templates; Tombo permanent adhesive; X-acto knife; Colorbox Chalk ink; hot glue/hot glue gun; Thickers letter stickers from American Crafts “Fantastic” from the Dear Lizzy line; Glitz Design’s pink tiny alpha stickers; Prima mask (used in the “framing” of the photo); Close to My Heart (CTMH) ink in Autumn Terracotta, Retro Flower Punch in 2 different sizes from EK Success.

Here are some up-close photos:

Had a lot of fun with this photo and sketch! TFL my friends and be sure and drop over to www.twistedsketches.com to play along with us!

What a fun layout! I think I vaguely remember those costumes…oh, the good ol’ camping days…they loved it didn’t they?

As for the layout, it is so fun and fancy free. 🙂 Love the sentiment, the title and those super amazing flowers!

Mindblowing!!!!!! I love all the details, but my current fave are the little u’s on the petals of one of your flowers. What an unexpected way to add an extra layer.
