Ahoy – Twisted Sketch #94
The latest fab sketch is live over at www.twistedsketches.com – the “twist” for this week’s sketch was GLITTER, any how or any how that inspires you to create. To see the sketch, click HERE. Here is my interpretation of this amazing sketch:
The paper I used here was from my March “Vintage Revelry” kit from www.scrapsofdarkness.com ! other supplies from my stash, include glitter flourishes from Making Memories (colored with Aqua with one of my Bic Mark-It permanent markers), Pink Paislee alphas…I also cut up some of the punctuation to make the center of my “mosaic” sun; I made the sun using one of my smaller stencils from the Crafter’s Workshop; I used one of my fave Tim Holtz stencils, as well as a flourish from BoBunny’s timepiece collection for masks for my background misting. The incredible misting products were from this month’s amazing, and I mean amazing misters included in this month’s “COLOR ADD-ON” from www.scrapsofdarkness.com – the mists included in this add-on were over the top fantastic and my all-time FAVES now!!! I did some doodling and outlining with my Pilot pen, the little alphas are from October Afternoon, and the blue curly border strip is from Bazzill’s Just the Edge!…and voila! there you have it! Hope you like it
This is a photo of Uncle Mike on board the Tole Mour…THE tallest schooner on the West coast!

I LOVE the faux stitching with REAL holes- that’s GENIUS!!! The “bling” sun with just paint is amazing too- you always have at least 1 detail in your pages that totally captures my imagination!!! Love this page!
Wow! I really thought the stitching was real…fooled me!
Beautiful LO and beautiful details
This layout is smokin’ girl! I love the look of all the layered swirls…has such a neat visual effect. Also love the way you did the clouds and my favorite part would have to be the “mosaic” sun. How freakin’ cool is that! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
