Twisted Sketch #66 is now live over at www.twistedsketches.com. The “twist” for this sketch was FABRIC. To view the sketch that inspired my latest layout click HERE. This was a lot of fun to create! Ingredients for this include: Background fabric from Cranston Prink Works; Prima bling; Martha Stewart border punch and the white border sticker; Cavallini paper – the bird and the little journaling spot; Paper Studio ribbon; Burlap fabric from W (layered behind the scallops around the bird paper); Alpha stickers from DGI; Bazzill’s Just the Edge border; buttons from my stash; and the “I Love You” and hearts cut out from one of Baby Lizzie’s newborn onesie’s.
I cut the flower out of the background fabric, tore some of the fabric and rolled it into the center of the flower, used my piercing tool to fray the edges of the flower a bit, and voila!
Be sure and subscribe to my blog over at the right so that whenever I up-load a new project or post you are the first in the “know.” TFL!!! and thank you for your comments! They are SOOOO appreciated!

What can I say? Another gorgeous layout! Things in particular that I am totally going crazy for on this layout: the aqua bird on this…it pops so well…such a unique idea to incorporate with all the other colors. Also the fabric flower, WOW, it looks so 3 dimensional on the page. Great work Nancy!
Oh yeah, the light pink swirly bling over the bird is making me crazy too! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
I absolutely L-O-V-E this…the colors…the embellies…everything!
What a wonderful layout.- I love the details and fabric work- gorgeous!
Great detail shots here. The fabric flower is beautiful. Have a great weekend! Cindy
